Joining the Grassroots Media Network
A Guide for Ethnic and Community Media Outlets
The Grassroots Media Network is a dedicated media network designed to connect advertisers with a diverse range of Ethnic and Community Media outlets nationwide. We employ a two-step process to ensure the integrity and quality of our media network.
Preliminary Application
Interested media outlets must complete a preliminary application form, providing basic information about their organization.
Upon receiving a preliminary approval email, each media outlet submits its community outreach, net rates, and operational details, and secures an affordable annual technology fee to subscribe to the media network.
Review and Verification
Grassroots Media will thoroughly review each application to verify the accuracy and completeness of the submitted information.
Submissions containing inaccurate or misleading information will be declined to maintain our network integrity.
Media outlets will be notified via email regarding the approval of their application. The annual fee is only charged upon official acceptance into the Grassroots Media network.
*The annual subscription fee will be waived from July 8 to August 8, 2025. Media outlets that subscribe during this period will pay their yearly subscription upon receiving their first insertion order.
*Grassroots Media pays net rates for ad placements and does not charge commission to ECM outlets.
Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Grassroots Media Network. Official acceptance is contingent upon receiving a formal approval email from Grassroots Media.
